• We collect VAT for orders under £126.56 (€150, excluding tax) to EU Countries, by paying VAT at checkout (shown in your cart), your order should pass through customs in a much quicker timeframe than if VAT and Duties are calculated at the time of import.
• For orders over £126.56 (€150, excluding tax) we are unable to collect Tax, so tax will be removed at checkout. On these orders, you may be liable for Tax, Duties & any other applicable import fees as detailed below.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the event of you receiving goods which are of an unsatisfactory quality, the goods may be returned (with the original packaging in the case of damaged goods), within 14 days, and you will receive a full refund of the cost of the goods plus all postal charges.
When we have processed the returned goods and your card has been credited, we will confirm this via email.
When returning goods we advise you to return products by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
