UK Postage and Packing is £3.00 per Order. Dispatched by Royal Mail

EU/Worldwide Postage and Packing is £6.00 per Order.

VAT In Included for customers within the EU, Orders outside of the EU - import and domestic taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Certain products can only be delivered to customers in the United Kingdom & Ireland

Faulty or Damaged Goods

In the event of you receiving goods which are of an unsatisfactory quality, the goods may be returned (with the original packaging in the case of damaged goods), within 14 days, and you will receive a full refund of the cost of the goods plus all postal charges.

When we have processed the returned goods and your card has been credited, we will confirm this via email.

When returning goods we advise you to return products by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

The Jungle Products Ltd returns procedure does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
